Frolov&Co. Real State
Frolov & Co is a real estate agency in the area of Costa Blanca oriented to attract clients, mainly foreigners, so that they can find their personal paradise near the sea.
Identity & Branding
The objective we set ourselves was to develop visual codes that would merge both the brand values and the geographical area in which the real estate agency is located.
For this project we created the brand logo, a complete brand manual and an integrated communication concept that would make it reach new clients. We carried out the design of the stationary pieces and the corporate catalogue.
The guidelines for our design were to create a solid brand that would transmit the values of seriousness, professionalism and breathe the sea. That is why we chose a humanist font that is perceived as serious, respectable and formal. Concretely, the contrast between its strokes gives it a refined and authoritative air that fits well with the idea of real estate.
We use the ampersand as a distinctive mark and a link to the surname of the founder of the brand "Frolov" and "Co", referring to the collaborators. We believe that this symbol conveys elegance and is used in prestigious titles. We chose the color range because it refers to the blue of the sea and the light that so characterizes the geographical area of the real estate company. As for the grey, we included it because it was harmonious with both colors. To all this, we should add that the colours are also related to the flag of the city where the real estate agency is located: Torrevieja.
